Decentrilized HVAC

Decentralized HVAC is any stratagy that consists of multiple smaller heating/cooling systems deployed in a zone by zone manner where any system can operate independent of the other zones.

A Decentrilized HVAC system will:

  • Lower contruction costs
  • Dramatically reduce operation expenses
  • Achieve LEED/CHPS Certification
  • Simplify the Building Automation System (BAS)
  • Simplify ongoing maintenance
